Extremely Annoyed!!

So game is fun and all, but cannot continue. When I came to the door where you have to put the princess figurines in the lock to proceed, I went to put the last one in and it just disappeared. The item was removed from my inventory like I had put it in the lock, but the game did not respond as if I had done so. So now, after I paid money, I cannot continue. Very aggravating!! As a paying customer I expect a certain level of quality when I pay money for a product. To end up completely stuck because the game is malfunctioning is unacceptable, especially being so far along. After reading other reviews, it appears as if I am not the only one having this problem. BUYER BEWARE!!!
